Pros

Interview was great and informative on both ends.

Cons

I followed up with a "Thank you" letter to the young man I'd interviewed with and included a "Meet Tiffany" attachment written by my previous manager which also had a picture of me on it. After sending this, I could never get the guy to answer the phone again or return my calls. I then called from a number he didn't know and he picked up. I immediately hung up. I wouldn't at all enjoy providing a service to someone who seemed to have an issue with me only after seeing my photo (photo taken at my previous employer so there wasn't a question of whether or not it was an appropriate photo)

Pros

I'm a senior-level software engineer, previously worked at tech companies, and this job is relatively easy for me. No on-call, work-life balance is good. I usually get everything done within 2-week sprints.

Cons

GMF is the true definition of work hard, not smart. There are so many dumb engineers. There was a time I had to work with non-technical teams like prod support, and it was quite frustrating. They wanted my team to build an automation so they didn't have to work manually as if anything is possible and there is no limitation within the company. I didn't even create a backlog item as it was a waste of time.
