Pros

Great cultural training. Mostly great employees. On the surface says all the right things. Great place if you want to get paid for not doing very much.

Cons

Company does not practice its targeted culture. Big company that is only looking out for itself, doesn't not care about employees. Promises and says misleading information about position during interview process. Doesn't like change. Overall the worst company I ever worked for. Like most big companies they keep bad employees. Constant issues with IT, unprepared teams keep causing outages. The IT security team makes rash decisions without much thought. They ask for ideas then attack employees due to egos. They blame vendors for they shortcomings instead of putting in work to understand their own equipment.

Pros

I'm a senior-level software engineer, previously worked at tech companies, and this job is relatively easy for me. No on-call, work-life balance is good. I usually get everything done within 2-week sprints.

Cons

GMF is the true definition of work hard, not smart. There are so many dumb engineers. There was a time I had to work with non-technical teams like prod support, and it was quite frustrating. They wanted my team to build an automation so they didn't have to work manually as if anything is possible and there is no limitation within the company. I didn't even create a backlog item as it was a waste of time.
