Good WLB: managable workload for diligent people, and low (if any) workload for pretenders
Cons
poor management: most of time spent on communication instead of actual work, low incentives for people to work hard (difficult to get recognition or promote), low cost for people to skip work or blame others. poor benefits: 10day PTO for the first year, insurance is not good
