Pros

It's a high energy atmosphere working with some really top tier fortune 200 clients. A lot of parties and beer is a constant after 5. No two days are the same. Opportunities for travel and hands on promotion and event interaction at a high level. Very social, very fast-paced. Great for the young and young-spirited.

Cons

There is definitely favortism. Hard work and work above and beyond is rarely if ever recognized. Employees who are lazy but who know how to schmooze get the prime assignments. There is always a lot of finger pointing. There is very little concern for the well-being or family life of an individual as long as the objective of the client is met.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
