Pros
Flexible schedule, reimbursement for work related expenses, seems to draw fun and exciting personalities. I would have to say that I am impressed with the quality of field managers and their ability to adapt to change.
Cons
General disconnect between HQ and Field, lots of finger pointing, no opportunity for growth with no bonuses or incentives. Lots of micromanagement (probably because of the lack of pay people don't have motivation to meet their own potential). Low employee morale. Many members of the field feel as though they are a number that can be easily replaced. Under qualified Regional Managers. Mediocre benefits (health, retirement, etc.).
