Pros

I've really enjoyed working at GMR. I have worked in three different departments over nearly 3 years. GMR works with some of the biggest brands and creates cutting edge experiential marketing programs. My favorite part is the culture, it is like no other corporate environment you will find. They have company outings and live bands come play during happy hours throughout the year. The perks are really great overall. Plenty of vacation time considering we get holidays off and a week between Christmas and New Years. The benefits are great and affordable.

Cons

One thing that surprises me is how each department doesn't know the work the other is doing.

Thanks for the feedback! I have to say that I enjoyed my first holiday break a ton this December/January. Don't hesitate to bring up any ideas on how we can educate the other departments about what you do and make sure you grab any opportunity to learn more about the other groups. Every department here does really interesting work, even if you don't hear about it often sometimes. Good feedback for me to bring up to others. Thanks!

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
