Pros

The "Work Hard, Play Hard" motto is spot on. The company has worked extremely hard in the past 20+ years to get where they are, but they also take time to enjoy their accomplishments. Company perks include outings such as Brewer Games, Happy Hours, Summer Outings, Lunches, etc.. The fun-loving environment, also includes "bring your dog to work day" on particular Fridays, which is appreciated by many employees. Besides being named one of "Milwaukee's Coolest Offices" in 2014, there always seems to be a strong sense of team. All departments work well together to collaborate on projects, client needs and ideation, providing a strong backbone for the corporate headquarters in New Berlin and which has expanded globally. Overall, an excellent company to work for, as long as you're putting in the hours to get your part done. Would highly recommend the company to friends/family.

Cons

Very little to say concerning negatives of the company or atmosphere. It would be wonderful if the salary/benefits matched a bit closer to other marketing agencies in the Greater Milwaukee Area, as most people find themselves here for the environment, rather than the pay.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
