Pros

There are amazing benefits for working for GMR, they really know how to show their employees they appreciate their hard work. Compared to previous companies I have worked for, they provide you with so much more than a great benefit package. The people and the environment make, you want to come to work every day and do a great job. They encourage learning and growth, which was important to me when accepting the positon.

Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say, I have only been here a short time and all I can say is it is a great company to be a part of.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
