Pros

I was able to gain experiences in many things that I would not have been able to work on if I were in other companies. The insight I gained was monumental in shaping my career development. I feel challenged on a daily basis. The culture of the agency is amazing. You are able to mingle with coworkers, celebrate wins, take much needed mental breaks all within the Barcade. The atmosphere is laid back but you definitely work within a fast paced environment. There is a lot expected of you, but I feel it will challenge you to grow and develop yourself, readying you for any future career you may have.

Cons

Depending on your role, it may be difficult to move up the career ladder. If you work on an account team, you may be asked to travel quite a bit for programs. I think the experiences of the work you do would outweigh the travel, especially if you knew you'd travel coming into the agency.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
