Pros

Best balance I've ever had in a workplace. The pace is fast and the work is challenging, but the environment and people are positive and the benefits are fantastic, so I don't mind putting in the hard work. I think of it as a good-stress vs. bad-stress type of environment. Also - great culture. Happy hours, dog days, holiday parties, cookouts, plenty of beer. Those perks really do make small differences that add up.

Cons

It's stressful, for sure. Fast pace, challenges bubble up at a moment's notice. It can be rewarding, but you have to be your own advocate to make sure you're getting the mental breaks and balance you need. That said, the couple times I've needed to speak up about bandwidth, I've been listened to, which makes a big difference in the employee experience.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
