Pros

I have worked a couple different jobs in the past and have worked on many client sites, but GMR is the one place that has kept me around the longest. The atmosphere is one I greatly enjoy. It does have that "work hard, play hard" mentality. I have definitely spent some long nights working, but have had some fun experiences with my co-workers as well. The one thing you will also find is people that are passionate about their clients and will work hard for them to get things done. Even though it may seem at times it is a company filled with youth, these people believe in what they do and are looking for ways to improve themselves. Plus you have to love some of the perks around the place like dress code, dog days, celebrities on site, barcade and more.

Cons

Corporate training is constantly in development and is not always consistent. They do bring in outside companies to help provide training and allow for consistency though. GMR is a company that has the same issues as any other companies when clients come and go, so there is a chance of being downsized if too much business goes away. But it is like that in any company. The good news is I have seen much more growth than reduction. Depending on what team you are on, the travel can be quite extensive. While some may see that as a con, others may see it as a pro.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
