Pros

Flexibility to work remotely and the hours that work for you.

Cons

Work life balance was horrible. Had 4 different supervisors in less than 2 years. On-boarding was horrible. High expectations and toxic work environment. Set you up for failure. Talk a good game about DEI and diversity, but that's all it is since diversity is seriously lacking. Company strategy is to hire a bunch of people when profits are good and layoff a bunch when they are doing financially bad. Don't have a good review and raise process. Leaders tend to play favorites. Don't get lured by the fun client work this is not a great company to work for.

Pros

It was a good seasonal opportunity working on the Amazon Program. Pay was decent until I got a promotion that only came with a $50 increase in weekly salary but a major increase in responsibility + poor leadership + HR telling me "you'll make money by saving your per diem".

Cons

Poor leadership. All Field Managers operate differently even though it's the same client (Amazon). The Account Supervisor also admitted that he "wasn't in the weeds" enough to understand my issue of 1) being understaffed on my team and 2) unrealistic expectations that I was supposed to be on-site 8pm-7am working AND by available during regular 9am-5pm business hours to answer questions, When I brought all these concerns to the Field Manager and Account Supervisor but were non-chalant and were unhelpful prompting me to resign within the 1st week. HR doesn't seem to care either because they don't do any type of exit interviews.
