Pros
The knowledge you attain, and the business model you learn is rivaled by non. Great way to learn how business works.
Cons
The pay is not good at all. You can have the best "results" in the world but unless you have your RSD in your pocket, they won't do anything to help you move up. They also have you do all the foot work for the company and not receive ample pay. I could work at a fast food restaurant for the same pay.
