1. Uncapped commission 2. Twenty percent discount off of products 3. Reachable sales goals and percentages 4. Good three week training program

Cons

1. No serious advancement opportunities available within the company 2. Sales are based on who comes to the store, not how good you sell 3. Membership percentages are counted against you even if you do not sell a membership to someone who is already a member
