Cons
I will be putting in my 2weeks notice and have only worked for the company for 5 months. Extremely unorganized company with no room for growth. They force there ppl to lie to customers in order to achieve sales goals. There is NO support for sales associates who are only getting paid minimum wage. We are constantly are being threatened to lose our jobs if we fail to meet sales goal, yet the training is horrendous at best. They don't care at all about the ppl who work for them and because of that there is high turnover. Upper and senior mgmt are far removed from what's really going on in the stores. GNC will never be a top 500 company to work for.
