      Pros

      GolfTEC has a great team camaraderie, 401k matching benefits with 40 hour work week so you are not overwhelmed. The company has many different areas to focus on and can train you to become better in an area you are passionate about.

      Cons

      Need more upper level support structure to manage the middle level managers.

      Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

      Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
