Pros

*Regular schedule *Best system to learn how to coach and sell *Good balance in work/life *Pretty good culture - with few exceptions, people are passionate about the work *Company management are genuinely nice people

Cons

*Employee turnover is a significant problem. Employees are united around the same goals (+). However, an employee's departure has a financial impact on 3-4 other employees within a center. There are no provisions to protect the uninvolved employees. This creates a vicious cycle and disillusions staff. *Compensation is pretty good for this industry, but the real producers are minimally rewarded for time, effort, and results.

Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

Cons

Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

Pros

Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

Cons

Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
