Pros

You get good training in the beginning. You also only work 5 days a week and get a weekend day off which is nice in the golf world.

Cons

You won’t make as much as they tell you. You make so much of your commission in the two sales month and then months your pretty much living off your hourly wage. You split an 8% commission with everyone in the building, not much to go around.

Pros

Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

Cons

Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

Pros

Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

Cons

Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
