      Pros

      It's a great company, they cover every base to help ensure that you are a success at your job. Most thorough and well run company I have ever been around. Nice benefits and Holidays off which is rare in the golf business.

      Cons

      Not really many cons. Money is good, it could be a bit better, but they do all the legwork for you so it is hard to have any real complaints

      Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

      Cons

      Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
