      -Employer pays for company training in Denver (provided you stay with the company for at least 6 months) and provides excellent facilities and technology to teach students - Pretty fair compensation and one of the few jobs in the golf industry that actually contributes and matches into a 401k and has pretty good benefits

      - Can be difficult to move up within the company without relocating

      Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

      Cons

      Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
