      Pros

      Great career if you love teaching golf. Awesome getting to work with people and help people obtain their goals. I've met a lot of people in high up positions so great contacts have been developed. Clients have taken me to amazing golf courses.

      Cons

      No chance for advancement in our market and I've gotten one raise in five years despite being a top performer in our market. Our manager does not know how to use a computer well so I have to do his work. No respect for our time or days off. I one received 26 texts from my boss on a day off. Franchise owners care only about sales and not about employees.

      Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

      Cons

      Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
