      Pros

      One weekend day off. Holidays off. Decent job for golf business. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Don’t make enough for what you bring in. It’s roughly about 50/50 for what you bring in until a certain point. Coaches selling 200k in lessons though aren’t close to making 100k. And they should be. Good coaches leave. Too much team oriented for your pay.

      Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

      Cons

      Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
