      Pros

      I would have said, work life balance. But, things changed after and during Covid.

      Cons

      You took away 4% of commission. Management said it was not a loss because they raise the hourly wage a little high but this did not off set the loss. Quarterly bonus became harder to hit (someone it was based off a previous year with 4-5 coaches) even though you may only have three now

      Pros

      Depth of info, personality of teachers, setting the teaching occurred in.

      Cons

      Final testing was extremely stressful and the time I thought was a little bit short to get done 30 questions.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
