Pros
The Company has activities to provide interacting with all the other co-workers. The Managers are very easy going, no micro-managing, but they do always make the time for you if you need help with any issues. The atmosphere is great with lots of window. Everyone gets along very will. They have putting greens through out the office to take a break, TV's on the walls with Golf programs all day. The office desks are arranged to be on a open floor, but yet it gives you enough privacy you need to work. Allowed to work from home about three days a week. The Company, sometimes provide lunch's and we have a snack room. The employees get to go out on field trips to play golfing or putt putt also with lunches provided. And we get discounts on the golf products for employees.
