Pros
You get to work in a positive environment. Best company I have worked for, Employees and manager at our center are great to work with and the corporate management team has been very supportive and great to work with. Great flexibility to go to kids/family events and other things you need to do. Get paid to help people play better golf and improve your own game. Very impressed with the management and have met many of the top executives of the company. Very committed to training and helping you be a better coach and salesperson.
Cons
It is retail so you do work some evening hours and weekend days usually a Saturday or Sunday, but you get some mornings off so I like that. Like many sales jobs it takes some time to build a pipeline and a book of business so the first few months pay is not great but you can be paid well if you stick with it and build your book of business.
