Pros
Excellent client relationships Two days off per week Fair compensation for the work load If you love to teach golf, this is the job for you. Be prepared to teach thousands of individual golf lessons.
Cons
*Depending on your personality, be prepared for monotonous days. I taught for many years with this group and I highly recommend the Company yet be prepared for doing the same thing every day. The 1-2 days outdoors is a great way to break up the pattern. *You are taught to SELL SELL SELL. Many reviews show this and too many clients know this. They will see right through you if your don't build a relationship with them. You will not succeed if you can't sell the process. Awards are given for how many dollars you sell rather than how many students you got to reach their goals. Each "store of the year" is given the award basis "dollars generated" ....Granted, it is a business! *The entry level guys dont' have alot of upward potential. Depending on your market, you could be a 1 or 2 location business. If that is the case, enter the job knowing that you probably won't be the Manager at that location if there is already one in place and he/she stays on board for years. I struggled with turnover due to not having anywhere for the entry level guys to go/grow into.
