Pros
Great team atmosphere and great Coaches that are very passionate about their craft. Everyone is working towards a common goal. I have a great manager that is on the cutting edge for marketing strategy. They care about the individual employees and will work with you if relocation is needed or something in the job isn't met or satisfying. A growing and cutting edge company in the golf industry. The entire team listens and responds to your ideas. You don't need to be afraid of sharing your opinion and it sets up for a great environment of brainstorming, etc... Plus, you are more passionate about the strategy since you know the rationale behind it and got to contribute to it. Very much of an open office feel where you can talk with anyone about anything.
