Pays well. Great if you like to travel. Great if you like overtime $$.

Not well structured. May seem overworked.

Some of the older employees are fun to be around. Not high stress, you get to go home pretty much without thinking about next day's job.

Low salary Arrogant middle managers. Definite divide between You and Us management Millennials with no experience making the environment very unprofessional. Old-fashioned manufacturing, no state-of-the-art equipment. In the middle of really nowhere. 2 hours to anywhere.
