Pros

At the time I was there, I can tell you it was the best place I have EVER worked, and I have been at so MUCH larger companies and small ones as well, with higher compensation and better benefits. The Team THEN, was like a family, and I absolutely LOVED to going to work each and every day. When I eventually left, it was only because I was made (what I thought) was a sigbificantly better offer, but I really wish I had never left.

Cons

I have heard since I left that they released some really awesome people, including some who shaped their original vision. Some of the best people I have ever met no longer are employed there. The ven stranger thing is, I really would love to work there again, but even though I left on EXCELLENT terms, (hugs, tears), somehow I have ben blackballed for some unknown reason. When I was there, I received an almost perfect evaluation from my Supervisor, yet now, no one will return my calls or emails, and applications for positions I am clearly qualified (or over-qualified for) go either rejected it totally unanswered. I am not sure what exactly I did, or who is currently keeping me out from being back there, but it makes me sad as I truly did love my days there and the friends I made.

Pros

GPM pays their employees competitive salaries. They also care about their employees' development and are great about internal advancement. Our benefits continue to get increasingly better. I love working for this company and with my fellow co-workers.

Cons

I haven't had negative experiences here.
