Pros

GPM used to be a wonderful place to be with a great atmosphere. You will make more in salary here than most places in Asheville! The HR team does a great job of writing reviews on Glassdoor, but does not care about the employees.

Cons

CEO is abusive (as others have said) CEO is abusive (as others have said) CEO is abusive to people.. Everyone is scared of him!! Management team lacks experience (turnover is HIGH) Layoffs are normal and employees expect them often Questions to Ask during the interview What is your turnover for the company in the last two years (Almost 50% in two years) How stable is the client base? (they are losing clients all the time) What is the Annual revenue for the last 3 to 5 years (down, down, down) Ask to talk to your potential team mates.. ask them the same questions. Good luck!
