Pros

- Hardworking, genuine team members - Good benefits (at the expense of your happiness) - Great pay (at the expense of your happiness) - Great market opportunity (If the leadership could agree on what to do and give us a direction to move forward)

Cons

- Poor leadership (I have had 5 bosses in two years) who can't agree on what we need to do and then fire people for disagreeing with the main powers that be (CEO, CFO, & HR) - Lack of resources necessary to accomplish work to the level of quality desired. Several teams lack an appropriate number of team members to effectively focus on maintaining, not even to mention attempting to iterate and grow. - Very political and toxic environment. You are constantly afraid of the leadership firing you without warning.
