*Zero job security. I saw people fired for asking questions people didn't want to answer, disapproving of leadership, providing alternatives to proposed company changes, literally no reason, and for 'monetary' reasons when they got millions from the PPP. *The COO is a shining example of the Peter Principle. *Several openly racist/ bigoted members of leadership. *Ridiculous turnover. I'm aware of a minimum of 35 people that were let go in the last year, two of whom were VPs *The staff meetings are always about how great things are going and how safe the company and jobs are.... which is entirely false *They're losing clients left and right. They have a product that is severely overpriced, and are unable/ unwilling to make improvements to the software because they've fired everyone, so the people left are scrambling to pick up the pieces and just trying to stay afloat with bug fixes.
