There’s a lot of toxicity within this company. Favoritism and politics are keys to your success here. I’ve seen people get promoted and also fired for not aligning with management. If you are not within their circle then you will become an outlier to management. Leadership should take accountability for their team. It’s pretty much non-existent. Feedback is considered as a threat rather than helping the team grow. Management takes it personal to the point where they are asking who said that? And pointing fingers to make a person feel bad when management should be taking in this feedback to be a better leader. As a leader, you need to lead by example and GRAIL fails to do that due to inexperience and young leaders. Like any company, a lot of changes take awhile to implement. But that should stray away from our clients and employees.
