-Generous benefits package -Flexible schedule -Caring supervisors and staff -Work that is making a real difference in people's lives and for the planet -Organization is growing rapidly

Cons

Startup atmosphere where sometimes procedures aren't as well defined as they could be. But this does allow for a certain amount of innovation which could be a pro for those who are interesting in helping to shape policies and procedures.

people in my region were nice to work with

they talk a lot about good work culture and openness from the higher ups but then turned around and laid off 20% of their staff on a random friday with absolutely no notice. they restructured the entire company which supposedly they've been planning since february of this year. they laid off valuable employees who worked at this company for 15+ years!!!!! with zero remorse and sympathy.
