Pros
401k and some office flexibility are the only two pros here at best. There isn’t really anything else that would be considered a “Pro” here.
Cons
They will look for any reason to not pay commission. A lot of favoritism. Old school company pretending to be modern. Essentially no guidance or training. “Every man for himself” office environment until the other teams need something from you. No career path or growth potential since it is a flat company. You can make more money each year, but your title and career will remain stagnant. This is not a company for someone trying to move up or grow their title. Its more suited for someone who is experienced and looking just to make money. Clients are generally frustrated due to subpar service, quality of product and poor business practices. Client happiness is not a priority, the only thing that matters is sales. If you’re interested in customer success or putting the client first then this is not the place for you. Pay is heavily commission based with a low end salary. You can find similar pay splits elsewhere with much higher salaries and corporate structure.
