      Weekends off and holidays off

      Cons

      -no raises -absolutely no communication - nepotism runs rampant - unless your related to somebody all the work is pushed to you so they can get paid to do nothing. -retaliation whenever you open door or try to bring up a problem to be addressed. -their way or the highway -favoritism -lack of accountability and throwing under bus environment. -no respect for people in general

      Pros

      The company cares about its employees, plenty of PTO even for the new hires, and a lot more after 5 years. Pay is comparable to the local job market. A great team of employees is dedicated to their jobs and providing excellent customer service.

      Cons

      None. As is in any other place of work, there are great days, and you'll love your job, and there are bad days when you want to take a day off.

      Compensation is okay and 401k

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth, a lack of direction throughout the entire company, and leadership does nothing to boost employee morale. Everyone in this place is miserable; not sure how this company is still in business in a dying industry.
