Great comp plan, nice people, software has potential.

Cons

Horrible marketing tools with a nonexistent BD team. Also, people are a bit awkward, way too much gossip and nonsense, but they can be nice. I wouldn't recommend for an experienced sales professional.

Pros

The company cares about its employees, plenty of PTO even for the new hires, and a lot more after 5 years. Pay is comparable to the local job market. A great team of employees is dedicated to their jobs and providing excellent customer service.

Cons

None. As is in any other place of work, there are great days, and you'll love your job, and there are bad days when you want to take a day off.

Cons

No opportunities for growth, a lack of direction throughout the entire company, and leadership does nothing to boost employee morale. Everyone in this place is miserable; not sure how this company is still in business in a dying industry.
