Literally everything. I love this job. The pay is good the hours are your own. The company is the kindest most understanding. I have yet to come upon any hiccups. All problems can be solved contacting your area leader, the person who hired you or even in the app in customer service. I’ve dealt with a few customers who didn’t want to pay for whatever reason and their policies held up as far as still collecting commission. The company is very respectful and attentive to your needs. I felt truly blessed to come across this company when I did. I’ve work plenty grooming in Houston as far a mobile , salons and my own in home but this is better pay and flexibility as far as you basically get to manage your own business.

I guess If you don’t know how to spread word on business it’ll be slow for a bit for you meaning not much money but you have your own company wrapped van with logo and easy booking QR code if u are doing van grooming and not in home so that helps spread word a lot they provide everything you need so the job is actually perfect. No cons. I think they are even working on having stickers that come off easy you can magnetize to ur car and remove when needed to market in home grooming more.
