      Good paymaster with sufficient benefits to employees Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Worst appraisal and rating system... Managers are forced to give poor ratings even if employee has performed well and met all the objectives Promotions are slow and soley dependent on line manager irrespective of performance Lack of transparency in communications.
