      Pros

      You can find some good scientist and nice people and work ethics is high. Discovery part seems to be at the high level. Bioelectronic department seems futuristic as well as cell and gene therapy.

      Cons

      Majority of people are not enthusiastic. Product development part is abandoned and things are moving very slow it is all clogged.
