      Pros

      - amazing culture, very nice people, flexible working conditions (can work from home) and endless room for profession due to large teams and talent focused senior management.

      Cons

      Salaries are significantly lower than other industries especially in procurement. Especially if you are an internal hire progressing upward, HR often blocks significant increases which means you end up with much lower than market salary.

      Pros

      if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

      Cons

      cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
