- Good pay and benefits, even compared to the rest of the industry. - Worthwhile mission of developing useful products which prolong and enhance life.

Cons

- Highly instable as of 2008. - Senior management touts common sense approach to business and then makes decisions that lack foresight and seem to defy any sense. -Company is too politics driven, and deserving people are often passed over for promotions or lateral assignments. - Over-outsourcing destroys employee morale and leads to lower quality service.

Cons

This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
