Pros

-Big traditional company transitioning to biologics and specialty company. -Opportunity to gain experience in complex markets. -Products that make a difference in patients' lives.

Cons

-Very little respect or appreciation of their most valuable resource - employees. -Treated like you are a robot vs. a unique person. -Way over micromanaged and middle management that is based on fear, especially during a very challenging time in the pandemic. -Very much a follower in biologics and not a very good reputation in reimbursement services, which are so important in a specialty market. -Out of touch during the pandemic and, as a healthcare company, little concern for their employees health vs. profit.

This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

Cons

re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
