Any way it’s Better than nothing and one have to search for better employer

Salaries are very low compared to local companies Incentive scheme and benefits for ( Medical representatives and their direct managers ) who pay more field efforts are much lower than higher grades . They give you a channels to speak up anonymously because of retaliation culture and even after speaking up there is nothing would change and you will be retaliated . Promotions not depend on area of expertise or fair screening process but depend on personal preferences in a legitimate color. -They don’t support rejected employees from promotion screening processes by a structured feedback report to enable development and proper career advancement ,instead they leave employee to guess where is the developmental need .
