      Slowly starting to bring its business into 2021 thinking. Enjoyable people. Gumption gets you somewhere.

      Cons

      Extreme complexity kills speed and nimbleness at GSK : R&D chief does not understand his own business nor cares to - thus needed enterprise, structural, leadership changes are not made: clarity and decisiveness are missing in R&D. Recommend to start over to build anew from the ground up

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
