      Decent pay for our area

      Cons

      Management couldn't plan anything. During the summer there wasn't enough work, many weeks we didn't get 40 hrs and had to take vacation. In the fall and winter we worked 6 and 7 days a week, 12hr shifts. Pay raises were almost nothing and were not based on performance, just a flat rate.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
