None besides salary and getting exposed to a highly educated workforce that you know will be laid off and disbanded. This could help future entrepreneurial efforts.
Cons
Company managed by a junior level executive. No sense of direction for the business, and instead of intelligently growing they are pretty much lining up for a sell off.
