Pros
good pipeline, science oriented, reasonable work environment. had some excellent first line mangers. products are truly life saving. always received well by customers. good reputation in the industry.
Cons
bonus structure is now not based on sales performance but ability to take test and simulations. system for taking these test and simulations is corrupted by rampant cheating. new sales model does not work while launching drugs in todays environment. states transparency as a company value but has become one of the least transparent companies in the industry.
