      Pros

      Great benefits. Wonderful, wonderful co-workers. Variety in daily work. Opportunity to expand job skills / role interests. Excellent management. I began with Stiefel Labs and we joined GSK in 2010. This is the reason I titled my review as I did.

      Cons

      Restructure. At times remote role is a little too removed. Cannot think of anything more in terms areas I did not like. I gave 3 stars for the restructure aspect. All other aspects 5-star.

      Pros

      if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

      Cons

      cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
