      positive environment, nice people, good manager, huge company with lot of opportunities; good benefits

      Cons

      can be stressful environment but it applies to supply chain job generally (from my experience); regulatory and pharma rules when launching new product; huge company and almost impossible to contact HR personally

      Pros

      if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

      Cons

      cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
